of the Jasper Home Accommodation Association, which was
formed in 1992, are inspected by Parks Canada and licensed
by the Municipality of Jasper. Each home meets building code
and fire prevention regulations, and health and safety
standards to ensure your comfort and well-being. Our
association's membership standards and guidelines emphasize
hospitality and professional, ethical business practices.

If you reside in
the town of Jasper and are considering operating a private
home accommodation or a bed and breakfast, please contact
Parks Canada's Development Office for information and
application forms. The Park Administration Office can be
reached at (780) 852- 6162, or by visiting the
Administration Office in the Jasper Heritage Railway
Station. The development review process can take a month or
two, so plan ahead! After approval, Parks Canada will issue
a "Development Permit". Once you hold a Development Permit,
you can obtain a business license from the Municipality of
Jasper
In order to join the Jasper Home Accommodation Association,
you must hold a Parks Canada Development Permit. For more
